coffee, spicy or oily food, the side effect of some medicine may cause acidity.

to Get Rid of Gastritis
1. Ginger- Ginger
contains gingerols & shgaols which help to reduce your stomach problems
like acidity or nausea. Boil 1 chopped ginger in a cup of water and add lemon
or honey according to your test. You can take this drink before breakfast or
lunch.
2. Water- Water
is the best treatment for almost all type of disease. You should try to have at
least 8- 10 glass of water in a day. Taking other liquid such as any kind of
fruit juice instead of water may help you to get relief from gastritis.
3. Take less
Food- If
you want to avoid acidity problem, you should try to take your food repeatedly
in spite of taking them once. Because sometimes your stomach is more
comfortable to digest food in a small amount.
4. Walking and
Moving- Most
of us stop walking or moving during pregnancy which is totally wrong. Walking
30 minutes daily will help you not only to digest food but also keeps your
muscle active.
5. Chew your
Food Well- If
you eat your food in a hurry or didn’t chew well they won’t digest properly
which causes acidity during your pregnancy. So you need to chew them well in
order to avoid it.
6. Fenugreek- You
can soak a handful of Fenugreek in a glass of water for whole night and filter
them at morning and drink. It will help you to get rid of acidity and stomach
ache.
7. Tropical
Almond- Tropical Almond contains such
elements that are more effective to reduce gastritis.
8. Sitting or
Standing after having food- You
should try to sit or stand up or walking slowly or do some light household
chores after having food. Most importantly you must try to take food before 2
hours of going to bed to avoid acidity.
9. Coconut
Water- To

pregnancy as being over or under weighted both are harmful to you during
